The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of billing processes, excellent accuracy, and hands-on experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. The Order-to-Cash (O2C) team enables Saviynt's revenue lifecycle by managing the operational processes that connect customer contracts, order management, billing, collections, and revenue reporting. The team is focused on delivering accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining compliance and internal controls, supporting customer satisfaction, and building scalable processes that support the company's continued growth.
