Finance Business Partner F/H

Serac is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Group Finance team in La Ferté-Bernard, France. In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring financial performance and will engage in consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis under the guidance of a senior management controller. Your daily tasks will include participating in monthly and annual consolidation processes, collecting and analyzing financial data from subsidiaries, and assisting with intercompany eliminations. You will also contribute to the preparation of financial reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with group procedures and timelines. Candidates should possess a Bac +4/5 degree in finance, accounting, or auditing, along with five years of relevant experience in areas such as audit, consolidation, or management control. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and Excel for automation is essential. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with international subsidiaries.
