Technical Team Lead

SoftConstruct is seeking a Technical Team Lead to join their Technology Directorate team in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves leading and mentoring a group of software engineers, managing project tasks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with over five years of software development experience and at least two years in a leadership position. Familiarity with the gambling, gaming, or fintech sectors is advantageous. Proficiency in various programming languages, including C#, Node JS, and Python, is required, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and knowledge of microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive work approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about mentoring and developing team members while driving project success.
