Associate General Counsel

SPAN is looking for an Associate General Counsel to support its mission of promoting electrification and reducing carbon emissions. This role involves providing legal guidance across various departments, including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law and be comfortable with tasks ranging from negotiation strategy to administrative duties within a small legal team. Key areas of expertise should include commercial contracting, intellectual property, privacy and security, supply chain, and M&A or project finance. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the California Bar, with at least eight years of legal experience.
