Talent Acquisition Lead

Join Spotify’s Talent Acquisition team and help us find and engage the people who will shape what comes next. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll partner closely with leaders and teams across JAPAC & SAMEA to understand their talent needs, proactively build thoughtful hiring strategies, and create an engaging experience for candidates and internal partners. You’ll be a trusted talent partner to the business, bringing strong stakeholder management, recruiting expertise, mentorship and market insight to hiring decisions. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, helping teams make clear, informed decisions while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of what we do.
