Construction Project Manager (Data Center)

TensorWave is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote position focused on data center projects. In this role, the individual will act as the on-site owner's representative, overseeing all stages of a significant construction project from the initial groundbreaking to the final handover. Daily responsibilities include managing the General Contractor and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and safety protocols. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining the project budget, tracking expenses, and leading regular project meetings to address any issues that arise in collaboration with Design and Engineering teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, along with over ten years of experience in managing complex construction projects, specifically five years in data centers or mission-critical facilities. A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes is essential. This role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with remote work, which may require some travel.
