Management Consulting Matcher

Toptal is seeking a Management Consulting Matcher to join their remote team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable Management Consultants from Toptal's talent network. Daily tasks include gathering client requirements, defining job descriptions, searching talent profiles, and screening candidates. You will also introduce candidates to clients, ensuring a good fit both technically and culturally, while customizing talent rates and scheduling engagements. The position requires strong communication skills, as all resumes and interactions must be conducted in English. Familiarity with Toptal's tools and processes will be essential, and you will receive onboarding to help you integrate into the company culture. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to resolve issues.
