Learning Experience Designer

TripleTen, an EdTech company focused on tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer. In this role, the designer will create skill-based learning programs by collaborating closely with subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into clear competencies and engaging educational experiences. Daily tasks include writing detailed learning content, designing learning experiences that promote learner independence, and participating in curriculum and product decisions informed by customer feedback and research. The position requires strong experience in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design, particularly in developing complex learning programs from the ground up. Candidates should possess a proficient level of English, ideally at a B2 level or higher, along with exceptional writing skills. The role is fully remote, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a distributed work environment.
