QAQC Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a QA/QC Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality across aviation infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in quality management systems and a proven ability to enforce compliance throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Quality planning : Develop and implement QA/QC procedures tailored to project requirements. Inspection & testing : Oversee material inspections, testing, and validation processes. Documentation control : Maintain accurate records of quality checks and certifications. Non-conformance management : Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution. Continuous improvement : Drive initiatives to enhance quality standards and efficiency. Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Aviation project experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
