AI-Native Static Ad Designer

This full-time position involves using Uplane’s proprietary AI engine to produce static advertisements for paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The daily work centers on leveraging this technology to handle routine tasks, allowing the designer to focus on concept development, visual taste, and final design execution. You will also be responsible for developing new creative angles and hooks, then testing these ideas in live environments to identify and scale high-performing concepts. Collaboration with marketing managers and other creative designers is a key part of the role to ensure project delivery. The company seeks candidates with experience in designing static ads for performance marketing who possess strong aesthetic judgment and ambition. While specific years of experience are not quantified, the role requires a high level of motivation and the ability to take ownership of projects in a fast-moving environment. English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position. The job is based in Berlin, with options for on-site, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. This opportunity is ideal for creative professionals who want to learn how to integrate AI into their design workflow immediately, rather than waiting for the industry to catch up. It suits individuals who prefer to let technology manage the tedious aspects of production while they concentrate on the strategic and artistic elements of ad creation.
