Solutions Engineer (Upmarket, Pre-Sales) - EMEA

Vanta is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a remote position focused on pre-sales in the EMEA region. In this role, you will act as a technical advisor, helping customers understand and implement Vanta's platform for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with Account Executives to identify customer challenges, validating use cases, and ensuring that solutions align with customer needs. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are essential for improving client retention and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in GRC, whether through managing programs, auditing, or working with GRC vendors, as this background will enhance your ability to empathize with customers. While prior security experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The position is hybrid, with in-office days expected on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, based in either London or Dublin. This role is particularly suited for GRC professionals looking to transition into a strategic, customer-facing position.
