You'll work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way. 🚀 YOUR DAILY BUSINESS - NO TWO DAYS ARE ALIKE - Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer - Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers, trainers, care experts etc..) - Help build university partnerships with career centers and student groups - Join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline 🤝 YOUR SKILLSET - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant field - Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work - Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace - Speak Fluent C1 German 🌱 GROWING TOGETHER - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE - Flexible working hours because you know when you work best! - reimbursement of the "Deutschlandticket" - 25 days of vacation - and your birthday off ✨ READY TO TALK?
