Experte Data & AI (gn)

This position involves establishing a new central function within an international service group to oversee data management and artificial intelligence across all business units. The role is created from scratch during an IT reorganization, allowing the holder to shape the company’s transition toward data-driven decision-making from the very beginning. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining data roles and accountability structures in various divisions, expanding the existing central data warehouse into a reliable corporate source, and contributing to overall data and AI strategy and governance. The incumbent will also execute proof of concepts and pilot projects, ensuring successful initiatives are moved into operational use. Additionally, the role involves fostering cross-divisional learning communities and integrating innovation processes that carry ideas through to production. The advert does not specify particular technical skills, tools, required qualifications, or language requirements. It also does not state the working arrangement, such as whether the position is office-based, hybrid, or remote. The opportunity is suited for a professional who prefers building systems and strategies from the ground up rather than inheriting an established framework. This is a rare chance to influence how a large corporation makes decisions in the future by transforming available foundational elements into a cohesive, data-driven organizational system.
