Zula LLC is seeking a professional and responsible waiter to join their service team in Yerevan on a part-time basis. The role involves welcoming and seating guests, taking and managing orders, providing information about the menu and dishes, and ensuring proper serving of food and beverages. Additionally, the waiter will monitor the service process, address guest inquiries and special requests promptly, maintain table service standards, and organize billing and payment processes. Candidates should possess a medium-level vocational or higher education and have prior experience in the restaurant industry. A neat and presentable appearance, polite demeanor, and attentive, personalized approach to guests are essential. Required skills include a strong customer service ethic, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work quickly and accurately. The ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively in a team is also important. Knowledge of Russian and/or English is preferred, along with familiarity with restaurant service standards. The position involves a shift-based work schedule aligned with the restaurant's operational hours.
