Guest Services Agent

As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: Create memorable first and last impressions by providing warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest. Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Build strong relationships with guests, recognising returning visitors and delivering personalised service whenever possible. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel. Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests The right to work in New Zealand Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
