Sub System Technical Leader (SSTL) – Wheels and tires

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of: Automotive engineering Mechanics and plastics processing Knowledge in Wheels and tires is a plus Proficiency with: CATIA PLM tools Good understanding of QCDP requirements Profile Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience: 3 to 8 years in automotive development Experience in OEM or Tier-1 environment is a plus Languages English: Minimum B2 level (ability to lead meetings in an international environment) Soft Skills Strong analytical and synthesis skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams Effective communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset
