Customer Service Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Kinloss Barracks, Kinloss, IV36 3UH . This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to become part of a busy catering operation, delivering excellent service within a military environment. What's in it for you? £12.71 per hour 35 hours per week Working 5 days out of 7 Shift times between 6:00am and 6:30pm Free on-site parking Free uniform provided Access to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP access, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, supermarket savings and more Life assurance and pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy additional leave Training and development opportunities Apprenticeship schemes available Career progression within a global organisation What you'll be doing Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers Operating tills and processing customer payments accurately Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout dining and service areas Supporting stock replenishment and stock rotation Delivering excellent customer service at all times Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the catering operation Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times About you Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided Must be aged 18 or over Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible approach to work Reliable and professional manner Important Requirements Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and have resided in the UK for at least 3 years. Successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance. Due to the location of the site and limited public transport options, a reliable mode of transport is recommended.
