Kitchen Porter

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Safran, Burnley, BB10 2TQ . This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual to become part of a busy catering operation, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and supporting the kitchen team in delivering an excellent food service. What's in it for you? £19,827.60 per annum 30 hours per week Monday to Friday working pattern No weekend working Training and development opportunities Apprenticeship schemes available Career progression within a global organisation Supportive and inclusive working environment What you'll be doing Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required Receiving and storing deliveries safely and correctly Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard Following food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and company procedures at all times Helping to keep the kitchen organised, safe, and ready for service About you Previous kitchen porter or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable and punctual approach to work Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
