Banquet & Catering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout each event. Oversee banquet operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown. Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Event Management, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless events. Supervise banquet staff, delegate responsibilities, and communicate event details and changes. Maintain thorough knowledge of daily event schedules, guest counts, room layouts, and setup requirements. Ensure event spaces, furnishings, equipment, linens, and audiovisual needs meet guest expectations and resort standards. Inspect event spaces and equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and proper setup. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of event spaces with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines. Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned. Luxury hospitality experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
