Daily responsibilities consist of reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, analyzing account balances, and identifying any audit issues or variances. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and have a solid understanding of finance, particularly in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. Proficiency in auditing practices and the ability to interpret financial data are essential, along with strong analytical skills for assessing risks and identifying trends. Applicants must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Philippines or be eligible to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Familiarity with Philippine accounting and tax regulations, as well as international standards, is advantageous.
