Operations Manager

Bella Coffee is seeking an Operations Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to oversee the entire process from order confirmation to delivery. This role involves managing two warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, and handling inbound shipments, including customs clearance and product registrations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for preparing purchase orders, tracking supplier costs, and managing the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and fuel. Daily tasks will require hands-on involvement on the warehouse floor, as well as coordination with the technical team for coffee machine installations and servicing. Candidates should have over five years of experience in FMCG or food and beverage distribution operations within the UAE, along with team management experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Zoho are essential. A valid UAE driving license is required, and experience with UAE food import processes is advantageous.
