Bolster is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to deliver technical support and guidance to its directly-sold customers. The role involves assisting clients with onboarding, implementation, and maximizing the value of Bolster's platform. While primarily focused on direct customers, there may be opportunities to interact with channel partners in specific situations. This position is designed for individuals early in their careers, offering a pathway to develop skills that can lead to roles in Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as the company does not offer visa sponsorship or immigration support. The position is fully remote, making it suitable for those who prefer a flexible work environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their technical and customer-facing abilities in a supportive setting.

About the Role Bolster is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to provide hands-on technical guidance and support to our existing, directly-sold customers — helping them onboard, implement, and get ongoing value from Bolster's platform. This role is scoped entirely to Bolster's own direct customers, but in certain circumstances, may also engage with channel partners. This is an earlier-in-career, growth-oriented technical position. The product depth and customer-facing skills you build here are the same foundation the TAM role is built on — this CSE role is intentionally designed as our internal feeder track into TAM or a Solutions Engineering role. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
