Tech Lead Marketplace Experience (m/w/d)

In this full-time position with Bridgemaker, you will build and guide a brand-new engineering squad focused on the June digital marketplace and its supporting services for the European horticulture industry. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will establish the overarching technical direction, make critical architecture choices, and partner closely with the product division to generate meaningful customer value. Your daily responsibilities involve staying actively involved in programming without acting as an operational bottleneck for your colleagues. Beyond coding, you will take ownership of one of the platform's primary commercial sectors, nurture your team members' professional development, and shape squad culture. Regarding technical systems, the platform's core marketplace framework is constructed upon Spryker Commerce. The job is based on a hybrid working schedule that blends remote tasks with office collaboration.
