Mechanical Inspector

CMC International is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to oversee and assess mechanical installation projects in Yerevan. The role involves ensuring that all work complies with approved designs, technical specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include inspecting mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, as well as preparing and processing Work Inspection Requests and maintaining inspection documentation. Candidates should possess a higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction or site inspection. Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and a solid understanding of construction practices are essential. Familiarity with tools like MS Office and AutoCAD is also required. The position demands good written and verbal communication skills in English. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of coordinating inspection activities with contractors and other disciplines.
