Service Delivery Manager with German for OS GmbH (m/f/d)

Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT services across multiple operational teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related matters. Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor service performance and drive continuous service improvements. Coordinate service reviews, reporting, and customer governance meetings. Strong customer and service orientation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Financial and commercial awareness Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field. Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Operations. Experience working in an international environment and customer-facing role. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
