Implementation Specialist

Double is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support their mission of transforming bookkeeping practices. In this remote role, you will conduct onboarding calls with new customers, train them on the use of Double's all-in-one tool, and ensure that all technical setup is completed for each account. You will work closely with Account Executives to identify potential issues that may prevent prospects from subscribing. Maintaining a high renewal rate after the initial implementation period is crucial, as is proactively reaching out to clients to help them achieve their goals and addressing any support inquiries. Additionally, you will create educational materials, such as video overviews and user guides, while also gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements. Candidates should have experience in accounting or bookkeeping, though those from related fields with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm may also be considered. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
