Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors. Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation. Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly). Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work. Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates). Minimize operation related comments by Third Party. Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections. Project Handing Over Documents Preperation and Follow Up. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components. Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime. Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university Need a valid UAE driving license Must have a mionimum of 6 years of similar experience
