Lead Engineer - Public Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead and support public health design on projects and supporting successful project outcomes from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and manage public health engineering projects from conception to completion Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications for public health systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and problem-solving Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineering Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Health Engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in public health services design Strong experience delivering projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia In-depth knowledge of local authority regulations, approval processes, and regional design practices Excellent understanding of public health engineering principles and practices In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations Proven track record as a Senior Public Health Engineer Proven leadership capability with strong communication and client-facing skills Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Public Health Engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in building services design Strong Middle East project experience preferred.
