You'll serve as the Engagement Lead for our Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PWA) engagements — managing project timelines, coordinating supplier and contractor diligence, building audit-ready documentation, and keeping complex multi-stakeholder projects moving. This role is ideal for someone mid-career who wants to lead with deep expertise in IRA PWA tax credit compliance, has a strong analytical foundation and thrives on process and detail. What You'll Do Own PWA Thought Leadership - Work closely with TCC Director to understand regulations, Euclid’s position and how we bring those into our process and tooling Execute TCC engagements - Manage day-to-day delivery of PWA diligence projects - Coordinate EPC and subcontractor onboarding - Provide oversight and QA/QC of PWA compliance data, resolving discrepancies in certified payroll and apprenticeship records to minimize risk of correction payments or IRS penalties - Compile and maintain audit-ready documentation packages Drive project operations - Own project timelines, trackers, and client-facing status updates - Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, EPC contractors, counsel, etc.) to keep deliverables on track - Lead client engagements end-to-end, owning the relationship, timeline, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks before they impact scope, schedule, or client trust Support framework and tooling development - Help maintain and improve standardized workflows for EPC and subcontractor onboarding - Assist with implementing AI-enabled tools for document ingestion and efficiency improvements - Contribute to processes and tool development/improvement that make delivery more consistent and scalable Support business development - Assist with proposals, data room prep, and client onboarding materials - Help prepare client-facing deliverables and presentation materials Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with other program managers and service line teams - Surface opportunities to improve shared tools and processes across the broader services team Who You Are - 5-8 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, consulting, or a related field - Deep expertise working in PWA compliance at both the federal and state levels, leading engagements, working through technical issues and interpreting regulations - Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with cost models, supplier data, and legal/technical documentation - Highly organized with sharp attention to detail—you keep projects on track and nothing falls through the cracks - Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information and keep stakeholders aligned - Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next - Collaborative and low-ego; you're energized by being part of a small, high-output team - Experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, renewable developer, or project finance shop - Exposure to AI / data tools in diligence or document workflows Why Euclid - Category Creation: Help build a new market segment from the ground up - Software + Services Model: Work at the intersection of advisory and technology - High Impact: Your work directly supports billions in tax credit deployment - Learning Curve: Accelerated growth working directly with senior leaders and domain experts Why You'll Love Working With Us - ⌨️ Remote work, forever! - 🪄 Competitive benchmarked compensation - 🩺 Health and retirement benefits - 🌴 Flexible time off - 🚀 Mission-driven work with real market impact - 💪🏽 Regular company off-sites --- We are committed to building an inclusive working environment and doing our part to create a more equitable world.
