Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Compliance with all SOPs and batch records Preparation of reagents, buffers and solutions Perform ELISA testing—both manually and on automated machines Bottle/vial filling, sealing, and labeling Kit manufacturing—both ELISA and lateral flow Microtiter plate manufacturing Antibody purification The ideal candidate would possess: Scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field) Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Excellent communication (oral and written), with astute attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Basic minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related concentration 0-3 years of laboratory experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship The position is full-time, Monday-Friday.
