Junior Surveillance Operator

Evolution-ը աշխատանքի է ընդունում Junior Surveillance Operator-ի Թբիլիսիում՝ full-time աշխատանքի համար։ Դերի շրջանակում անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել անվտանգության և մոնիթորինգի սարքավորումներ, հետևել տեսախցիկների համակարգերին, ստուգել ձայնագրությունները և հայտնել ցանկացած կասկածելի գործողության կամ կանոնների խախտման մասին։ Ընկերությունը փնտրում է թեկնածուի, որն ունի բարձրագույն կրթություն, office ծրագրերի հիմնական հմտություններ, ինչպես նաև աշխատանքային մակարդակի English և Georgian, ուժեղ ուշադրություն մանրամասներին, հաղորդակցման հմտություններ և ճնշման տակ ու հերթափոխային աշխատանք կատարելու կարողություն։ Տեսադիտարկման համակարգերի հետ նախորդ փորձը օգտակար կլինի, իսկ այս պաշտոնը հարմար է կազմակերպված, ուշադիր և փորձաշրջանի ընթացքում սերտ ղեկավարության ներքո սովորելու պատրաստ մարդու համար։

​​​​​​Operate security devices, systems and monitoring devices Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of video monitor console equipment and camera locations Acquire knowledge and proficiency of all casino games, gaming procedures, and processes, as well as players’ behaviors Follow established procedures and immediately notify direct manager or appropriate departments upon detection of suspicious activities or irregularities Review historical footage to determine correct procedure execution and prepare a written report of detected violations or incidents Work collaboratively with the Risk Analyst team and other surveillance operators across all locations During the probation period, all activities and tasks will be overseen and managed by experienced mentors Incomplete or higher education Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc. Working Proficiency in English (at least B1) and Georgian written and verbal. Detail oriented and organized Stress-resilient and ability to multitask Good communication skills Willingness to work either morning or night shifts based on business needs.
