What You'll Do Are you a final-year student or graduate who are ready to launch your career in technology? Our 12-month Graduate Program offers hands-on experience, structured learning, and rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, helping you build technical skills while contributing to real business projects from day one. Through rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, you'll gain hands-on experience, build technical expertise, and contribute to real business projects from day one. You'll participate in specialized training, work on innovative technology projects, and gain exposure to GenAI-powered tools and solutions while building future-ready skills such as digital fluency, adaptability, collaboration, and innovation. What We're Looking For: Final-year university students or recent graduates (Less than 2 years experience) Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar Strong interest in Technology, Analytics, and GenAI Reporting to a Manager, you'll receive ongoing support from mentors and team members dedicated to helping you develop throughout the program.
