Software Quality Assurance Engineer

FairSquare is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through both manual and automated testing, as well as requirements analysis and defect tracking. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features, particularly within Salesforce applications and web front ends. The position involves conducting various types of testing, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, within an Agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot is also beneficial for accelerating testing efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of the front-end UI, middle-tier services, APIs, and backend data layers. This hybrid position requires three days in the office and two days remote, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments while also valuing flexibility.
