Human Resources Department Head

Globbing is seeking a Human Resources Department Head to oversee various HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and managing HR cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, focusing on financial aspects such as headcount and compensation. A minimum of two years of experience in managing an HR or recruitment team with direct reports is required. The role demands proficiency in handling HR data, including payroll and hiring metrics, particularly in a high-volume environment with numerous frontline staff, such as in contact centers or retail. Familiarity with Armenian labor law and employee relations, especially in challenging situations, is essential. Candidates with experience in volume recruitment or HR management within larger organizations, ideally with at least seven direct reports, will be favored. Experience with HR systems and their implementation is also beneficial. This position is open to applicants from any industry, particularly those with a background in mid-sized companies.
