General Accountant

Henkel is seeking a General Accountant to join their Global Business Solutions Hub in Cairo. The role involves managing daily fixed asset activities, processing investment projects, and handling fixed asset reconciliations. Additionally, the accountant will review and validate travel and entertainment claims, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards, and will upload bank statements to SAP while managing collections. The position requires performing daily and monthly reconciliations and executing monthly closing activities in collaboration with the country team. Candidates should possess a university degree in Finance or Accounting and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a multicultural setting. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP. The role is suitable for individuals who are team-oriented, proactive problem solvers, and possess strong analytical abilities.
