CRA II

ICON plc is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join their remote team in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site visits for clinical trials, which includes qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities. You will ensure compliance with protocols, maintain data integrity, and prioritize patient safety throughout the trial process. Collaboration with investigators and site staff is essential to facilitate effective study execution. The position also involves reviewing data and resolving queries to uphold high-quality clinical data, as well as contributing to the preparation of study documentation. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field and have a minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. A strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
