Game Designer at Revolutionary Startup Social Enterprise

We are searching for an exceptional game designer to build our business with. You will work closely with our CTO and other members of the Core Team to design and develop world-changing games. These games will have to deal with global issues, from education to poverty to human rights. We don’t want a puppet; we don’t want someone to say yes and implement every feature we ask for. What we want is a partner. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone with a vision for the future of our company, and someone who has the desire and drive to make it a reality. Coders Extremely well versed in some C-oriented language (experience with javascript is a plus) Experience with Unity Open mindedness -- to new ideas, different perspectives, criticism, and suggestions Exceptional time management skills A portfolio (please provide URL) of your work Experience in app development is not required, but is definitely a bonus Artists Proficient with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and GIMP (but really we don’t care what tools you use, so long as you produce great work!) Endless imagination, and a desire to use that imagination to design a truly inspiring, world-changing game You want creative freedom so you can help build our brand from startup to global brand for good Exceptional time management skills A portfolio of your work This job requires a commitment of about 20 hours/week and is unpaid to start. After we raise our Angel round of funding, there is the potential for this role to grow into a full-time position with a full salary and vested equity in iFLIP4, assuming the work you do is great!
