CPU Performance Architect

Intel is seeking a CPU Performance Architect to join their SoC Performance Architecture team in Bangalore, India. The role involves driving innovation in performance modeling and analysis methodologies, as well as developing performance modeling infrastructure. Daily tasks include leading research initiatives to improve SoC performance, creating architectural models, and collaborating with design teams to produce viable solutions. Candidates should have expertise in computer architecture, with a focus on either traditional data structures and algorithms or deep learning techniques. Strong programming skills in C++ or object-oriented languages are essential. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience with a B.Tech degree, three years with an M.Tech, or a Ph.D. with relevant internships. Familiarity with C++/System C TLM modeling, performance analysis of complex SoCs, and scripting or RTL validation environments is advantageous. The role is suited for experienced professionals and operates on a first shift schedule.
