Nuclear Valve Preparator

The Valve Preparator is responsible for the preparation of intervention packages on valves, in compliance with applicable HSE, quality and environmental requirements. Specifically: • Preparation of the intervention dossier: Work Order Package (WOP), applicable operating procedures; • Tracking the document validation workflow; • Creation of required deviations / concessions; • Maintenance and update of the list of applicable documents; • Interface with the Contractor, the Employer and the UK Nuclear Safety Authority (Office for Nuclear Regulation) when required. Education / experience • Vocational qualification (Bac Pro / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in a technical environment; • or technical Bachelor / Bac+2 (mechanics, valve engineering or equivalent) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Languages • English: fluent (working language on site, including written documentation and interaction with the UK Safety Authority).
