Waiter (Saudi National Only)

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter in our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and answering questions about menu items Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay orders and special requests Present and serve food and beverages in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions Assist with side work duties such as restocking supplies and rolling silverware High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills Ability to memorize menu items and make informed recommendations Food handling certification preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia preferred Competitive salary package Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within a reputed brand.
