Finance Manager

LHH is looking for a Finance Manager to join a growing organization in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Daily tasks will include leading the annual budgeting process, preparing financial reports, developing financial models, and monitoring key performance indicators. The position requires strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is also beneficial.
