Plant Supervisor

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Plant Supervisor to join their San Francisco Pilot Plant team. In this hands-on role, the supervisor will lead a group of technicians in the operation and monitoring of innovative refining processes for critical minerals. Daily responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing schedules, and overseeing training and hiring. The supervisor will collaborate closely with engineers and R&D scientists to ensure efficient mineral extraction processes while also providing off-hours support for urgent projects. A strong focus on environmental health and safety is essential, as the supervisor will develop and maintain programs related to chemical handling and compliance. Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory experience and a minimum of five years working with pilot plant or industrial equipment. This position is full-time and requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge research and operations.
