Quality Assurance Specialist

Motorway, a major UK online car-selling platform connecting private sellers with thousands of dealers, is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist in Brighton. The day-to-day work involves evaluating customer interactions across calls, emails, and live chats to ensure high service standards are met. You will conduct both real-time and retrospective assessments to verify that agents adhere to established processes and regulatory requirements. A key part of the role is providing constructive coaching and detailed feedback to agents and suppliers based on audit results. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and conduct deep dives into specific interactions to support broader process enhancements. The position requires you to meet individual and team performance targets set by the QA Team Leader while managing your own workload proactively. Collaboration with other business areas is essential to maintain consistency and best practices across the organization. The advert does not specify particular technical tools, required qualifications, or minimum experience levels for this position. There is no mention of specific language requirements beyond the implied need to communicate effectively in English. The working arrangement is not explicitly detailed as office-based, hybrid, or remote, nor are shift patterns defined. This role suits individuals who are responsible for their own development and eager to contribute to a fast-growing scale-up that aims to redefine the car-selling industry.
