Senior Manager MES / Manufacturing Transformation | m/w/d

Msg Industry Advisors Ag is seeking a Senior Manager for MES and Manufacturing Transformation to take full charge of global manufacturing initiatives. Day to day, you will guide programs through initial setup, architectural design, execution, multi-site rollouts, and post-launch stabilization while overseeing project budgets, schedules, and personnel. The position entails orchestrating collaboration between corporate departments, technical teams, local facilities, and external vendors to keep complex streams aligned. Additionally, you will steer activities around process harmonization, system integration, data transitions, and system validation. Applicants must bring a strong grasp of manufacturing execution systems, manufacturing IT, and drug production workflows alongside interfaces with automation, enterprise resource planning, and quality platforms. Professional expertise in GxP regulations and computerized systems validation is also critical. Candidates need an established consulting background directing large-scale, international programs specifically within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
