IT-Teamleiter (m/w/d) Interim

MY Humancapital GmbH is seeking an interim IT Team Leader in Munich. In this role, you will manage and prioritize IT tickets, ensuring their resolution aligns with service level agreements. You will coordinate IT support staff across various locations, monitor progress, and maintain a reliable IT service. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the setup and installation of PCs and laptops, hardware troubleshooting, and network patching. Additionally, you will oversee IT projects, coordinate technical tasks, and manage IT hardware inventory while providing regular reports to management. Candidates should possess a degree in computer science or a relevant IT qualification, such as a specialist in system integration or IT electronics. Experience in leading and coordinating IT teams, along with practical IT support skills, is preferred. Proficiency in IT ticket management, incident management, hardware support, and troubleshooting is essential. Strong decision-making abilities under pressure and excellent organizational skills are also required. Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is necessary for this position.
