Join a team of 6 practicing Otolaryngologists and 2 APP’s Practice includes: General ENT, Rhinology, Thyroid & Facial Plastics Outpatient clinics located in Lake Forest, Grayslake and Glenview, IL Well-equipped, efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center in Grayslake, IL Ability to practice Facial Plastics and General ENT Nocturnal APP program provides on-site call support at Lake Forest Hospital from 2:30p to 2:30am, 7 days a week System wide EPIC platform BE/BC All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
