Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Manager

This full-time position involves supporting public and private organizations in optimizing their earnings and cash flow by aligning business performance with strategic growth objectives. The role focuses on improving profitability, spend effectiveness, and working capital through various performance improvement services, including finance transformation and financial planning. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a master’s degree being preferred. Applicants need at least five years of relevant experience, ideally combining consulting or investment banking backgrounds with corporate or business unit financial planning roles. Technical proficiency is required in creating integrated, driver-based three-statement models and thirteen-week cash forecasts. Familiarity with corporate performance improvement platforms such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or OneStream, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI, is expected. Mastery of Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, is essential for this role. The position demands advanced knowledge of accounting principles and the relationships between financial statements.
