RPM is seeking a Seasonal Virtual Registered Nurse to join their telehealth practice, which focuses on delivering patient-centered care across various health domains. In this role, you will work independently alongside RPM providers, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for messaging and communication. Your responsibilities will include triaging patient needs to maintain safety and productivity within the practice. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of technological proficiency. Candidates should possess a valid nursing license and be comfortable in non-traditional healthcare environments, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing patient access to care. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work arrangement. You will report to an RN Lead during your six-month contract, ensuring adherence to RPM's care principles and guidelines. As a 6-month contracted Virtual Registered Nurse, you’ll partner with RPM Providers and work independently to provide high-quality patient care through EMR messaging and communications, and triage to ensure safety, productivity, and team optimization are maintained at the practice level. You are passionate about working in non-traditional healthcare settings and expanding patient access. You can troubleshoot challenging situations as they arise and ensure high-quality patient care is provided per RPM principles and guidelines.
