To be successful, you’ll need; Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required FIFO Chef experience highly desirable Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to work well under pressure Working on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone.
