Due Diligence Specialist

SoftConstruct is seeking a Due Diligence Specialist to join their team in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves conducting thorough due diligence checks, which includes reviewing corporate documents and screening customers to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Daily tasks will also include maintaining and organizing legal documentation, managing legal databases, and assisting in the drafting and proofreading of legal documents under attorney supervision. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or due diligence roles. Proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential for success in this position. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal database management tools is also necessary. This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in legal or investment operations who are looking to enhance their career in a dynamic environment.
